3.Appearance defect and quality inspection instrument of anti glare glass
Bad anti glare glass in the process of the appearance of the main circle, linear and convex defects.

(1) round defects: round appearance defects, such as bubbles, white spots, scratches, pits, foreign bodies, anti glare treatment and round defects that can not be prevented by glare;

(2) linear defects: linear appearance defects, such as scratches, scratches, foreign objects, anti glare treatment and linear defects that can not be prevented by glare;

(3) convex defects: convex glass surface impurities or other defects.

The optical measuring instruments for anti dazzle glass mainly include light transmittance instrument, gloss meter, fog meter, roughness instrument, etc..

Transmittance: also known as spectrophotometer, used to test glass transmission rate, the test wavelength is in the range of 380 ~ 700nm. Light will cause loss through the glass, and the transmitted light flux through the glass is always less than the incident luminous flux on the workpiece. The ratio of the two is defined as transmittance. The reason for the decrease of transmittance is the reflection of the upper and lower surface of glass on the light and the absorption of the total or partial wavelength light energy of the incident light. The range of transmittance is between 0-100%.

Haze Meter: a parallel beam of incident beam is a medium, due to non-uniform material optical properties, such as surface defects, internal organization is not uniform, bubbles and impurities, the beam will change direction (diffusion and deflection), part of out of order generated by light, called light scattering. The ratio of the scattered luminous flux to the transmitted luminous flux passing through the workpiece away from the incident light is the haze. The workpiece with a large haze will make people feel more fuzzy. An instrument for measuring haze is called a haze meter. Haze range is generally between 0-30%.

Gloss instrument: also known as gloss meter, is used to measure glass, ceramic, paint, ink, plastic, marble, hardware and other materials surface gloss instrument, its meaning is as follows:

First, glossiness is a physical quantity that evaluates the ability to reflect light on the surface of a material under a set of geometrical conditions, and has the properties of directional selection. The gloss we usually refer to is "mirror to gloss", so gloss meter is sometimes called "specular gloss meter"".

Second: the measuring principle of gloss meter is measuring instrument is composed of transmitter and receiver. The transmitter is composed of an incandescent light source and a set of lenses, which have certain requirements of the incident beam; receiver consists of a lens and photosensitive component, for receiving cone beam reflected from the sample surface.

Roughness meter is used to measure the "finish" or "roughness" of the machining industry. It is used for quantitative determination and evaluation of the roughness of the surface of the material.
